What you send us. If you submit the enquiry form, we receive your name, email address, the area you selected, and your message. We use it to reply to you and, where you have asked for an introduction, to pass to a property professional. Nothing more.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages get read. It sets cookies and collects a truncated IP address, device and browser type, referring page and the pages you visit. It does not tell us who you are.
Form submissions are processed through Google infrastructure. Fonts are served by Google Fonts. If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is held on WhatsApp’s servers under Meta’s privacy policy, not ours — we keep a copy of what you send us so we can help you, and nothing more. We do not embed third-party booking or advertising widgets on this site.
When you ask us for an introduction, we pass your enquiry to a property professional so they can contact you. We tell you when we do. Links to accommodation partners may carry a tracking parameter identifying the referral as ours; this does not identify you personally to us.
Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Block cookies in your browser and analytics stops working; the site does not. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, use the contact form.
